Fantasy Art

aka D&D Character Sketches

This is how I amused myself in class this year - my college-course doodles.  I've graduated to using unlined paper, but

in upholding the pride of true class doodlers, I use only mechanical pencil.  Maybe, eventually, I'll move on to drawing something

other than the female figure.  Click to see larger images.

Clerics                                     and                                     Mages

dcleric1.jpg (315327 bytes)        dcleric2.jpg (336415 bytes)                            dmage1.jpg (372344 bytes)        dmage2.jpg (338867 bytes)

The first mage (2nd from right) I drew as my character named "Cloelia" for my first D&D game.  She started my attempts at fantasy art.

Fighters

On the far left is "Beota Holmgardt," my barbarian character for my second D&D game.  She was my second drawing.

Paladins

The paladin on the right is one of my most recent, and I consider her one of my best.  I call her "The Lady Centurion" due to the obvious Roman influence.

I particularly like the way the specular reflection on her gauntlets and boots turned out.

Druids     and     Rangers

Rogues: The Assassin, The Swashbuckler, and The Thief
